  Unblended Sauvignon Blanc from the ‘Südsteiermark’ region (near the Slovenian border). The wine rested on the fine lees for 5 months. Very pale greenish yellow in color with fine scents of overripe pear, green melon, cassis and some grassy notes. Medium-bodied wine, elegant and fruity, with agreeable yellow fruit and a hint of honey. Delicate spiciness on the finish. Well-made summer wine, although a bit more acidity wouldn’t harm.
  
  100 percent Sauvignon Blanc-wijn uit het uiterste zuiden van Stiermarken (vlakbij de Sloveense grens). De wijn rijpte 5 maanden ‘sur lie’. Bijzonder lichte groengele kleur en een fijn bouquet van overrijpe peer, groene meloen, cassis en wat sporen van gras. Een eerder lichte wijn, fruitig en elegant, met aangenaam geel fruit en een kleine honingtoets. Wat delicate kruidigheid in de afdronk. Een degelijke zomerwijn, hoewel een iets hogere aciditeit hem zeker niet zou schaden.
