  Trattoria Milanese: ruby with slight black hints; aromatic savory notes of gravy, mushrooms; rose petals, orange and clove, incense, tea; opened up with red fruits, sweet wild strawberry and black plum; medium body, good acidity, fine ample tannins starting to resolve but with good grip. Stunningly good and drinking so well right now. With Osso Bucco and safron risotto. 92-93
