  Well worth keeping this long, and could probably have lasted a year or two longer. Bright, lightish gold. Nose of nuts (hazelnuts?), marzipan and white chocolate, with stewed apples; perhaps a metallic edge. A complex nose. Red apples with lemon and lime cordial to taste, with some aromatic spices (caraway?). A good hit of appley acid still on the finish.

  Medium plus intensity and body. Pale gold. Honey predominates with lemon, lime and some apple. Maybe a bit of oxidative nuttiness as well. a lot going on. While good acidity, its almost more Chardonnay like than Chenin Blanc. Very good length. Great with lemon chicken.

  Not sure if the oxidation is the style or a flaw. I think it's slightly flawed. Gold color, rich full body, good varietal expression, medium plus finish.
