Et noe dominerende fatpreg for et par år siden er nå mye bedre integrert og vinen fremstår mer i balanse. Godt kjøp til 250 NOK. Drikk nå - 2017.

Nicolas Potel er for glad i ny eik. Smørbukk light. Grei syre og frukt, men mye blir maskert pga utstrakt fatbruk. Medium lengde. Dette blir for dyrt i forhold til kvalitet. Utmerket dog til kveite, sopp og smørsaus.

Blind Burgundies -Confrerie des Chevaliers du Tastevin Singapore Back to Basics (Absinthe, Bukit Pasoh): Very decent wine - a nice start. Nose had some butter and cream paired with a minerally undertone and some sweetish, ripe apple fruit with a little floral nectar and peachy quality to it. Palate had plenty of mouthwatering acidity, with super citrus lime and lemon notes, along with flinty, slightly saline mineral notes. There was a good amount of flesh on the fresh structure though, with more apple flavours swimming around. Good length on the finish too, very fresh, tons of mineral. I liked this.

New french oak on the nose combined with typical central-burgundy fruit. Fresh, crispy. Paired nicely with cod, peas, etc. Good wine!
