  A blend of 25+ year old Pommard and Wadensvil vines (since pulled out in 2009 due to Phyloxera). 25% new French oak
  Nose of plums and soft earth
  Flavors coat the palate with a complexity of fruit, earth and spice. Nice integration of wild brambles, spice, earth, and fruit, but also elegant and balanced with a touch of plum sweetness. Very long spicy finish.
