  Clear pale straw in colour, looks very youthful.
  Fresh nose of bright lemon, canned pear, peach and limestone with a hint of marzipan.
  The palate is bone dry with high crisp acidity. Round fruit balances the wine out and gives notes of peach, apricot and lime. The finish is long and sharp with heaps of minerality. Delicate body, very pretty.
  Delicious, drink with light seafood or hors d'oeuvres.
