November Dinner at Bisato (Bisato Private Dining, Seattle): So dense and unctuous yet light on its feet, with bright acidity. This was a treat. Already light amber, and will get darker as it evolves along its very long life ahead. Thank you, Bill! 98+ potential

Amber color, with a classic nose. Palate shows burnt orange, lemon zest, quince and so unctuous with amazing density, sweet and profound. Clearly great now but will be even better in 10 years. Wow!
