Unchanged from the bottle opened 2 months ago: “Tinted with a green-gold on the edge; wet limestone and mineral water on the nose with citrus, but not really limon. Very much the same on the palate with an almost drying attack akin to licking dry limestone. Some apricot and yellow peach notes. A slight element of boxwood, but it is unfocused and never closer than the horizon. All along is some green bean element. It never goes away.... and I wish it would.” Our last bottle and I cannot say I am disappointed. 12% alc. With crab dip and asiago and smoked provolone cheeses, turkey and ham. Recommended with reservations.

This bottle was much better than the past ones. It had more weight and more lymon flavors. The mineral is stronger and the chalkiness is less pronounced. With deared scallops in a salad. Excellent pairing. Recommended.

Silver at the core, but tending toward green-gold on the edge; a pretty enough wine. Wet limestone and mineral water on the nose with citrus, but not really limon. Very much the same on the palate with an almost drying attack akin to licking dry limestone. Some apricot and yellow peach notes. A slight element of boxwood, but it is unfocused and never closer than the horizon. All along is some green bean element. It never goes away.... and I wish it would. 12% alc. With prosciuto wrapped scallops and shrimp over baked polenta. The meal raises the wine higher than it would rise on its own. This is a fine example of the dish lifting the wine. Recommended with reservations.

A little green bean-ish. Not as complete as a Fume should be. With cheeses and crusty bread.
