  • My last of these awesome SBs. Served with fresh cobia fish from North Carolina in cream sauce with rice. A food - wine pairing dream combo.

  • One of my favorite sauvignon blancs. I first had this at Peller Winery, dining in their restaurant as part of a tasting menu style dinner. I liked it so much that I brought home a few bottles of what seemed to be an overpriced but nice wine. This wine has good balance on both nose and palate. It has a wonderful nose of citrus and cut grass that varies as the wine warms up. The palate is very even, not to sweet but not to thin. My experience at the winery has been confirmed.
