Really impressive, dark sweet black fruits with nice depth of flavors. In very good shape and drinking really well considering the age and vintage. Loads of spice and classic Leroy perfumed aromas on this purchased fruit.

La Fête de La Paulée in Chicago (Formento's - Chicago IL): Mature red fruit with enough brightness and a superbly spiced nose. Wonderful depth and beautifully weightless textures with perfect balance and very good length. Much better than a bottle from the same source/ case from 2011.

La Fête de La Paulée: Full lifted and detailed nose of spice, mushroom, and dried black cherry. Impressively ethereal palate. Good depth of mature, dried black cherry and tertiary earth notes. Persistent, weightless finish.

Ex chateau release in 2010. Nose has blood, iron, earth and little bit of black fruit. Palate is soft with some dark fruit left. This bottle is fresher than the previous bottle. It gained some weight in the glass with more air, but the wine faded after 60 mins. Other tasters like this more than I did.

Pob gala dinner: This btl is a bit tired. Prunes, plum, and minerals on the nose. Palate is a bit tired with plums and earth.
