Focused, tight acids in balance with mineral-driven fruit, like crushed shells, a little briny but open, with moderate and pleasant finish. Interesting and tasty both alone and with food (shellfish and fish).

Aromas of lemon, pine nuts, herbs, chicken stock with a hint of chalky minerality. Clean on the palate with good acidity and ripe grapefruit with herbs. Decent length.
