Initially closed and thin. Decanted and changed quickly. By 2 hours it developed into a wonderful full bodied wine with an undertone of non-cloying sweetness. Went extremely well with salmon and Pacific northwest seasoning (would not go with soy glazed salmon). An excellent multi-dimensional Oregon pinot but needs several hours of decanting.

Decanted 1 hour and consumed over 4 hours. My prior cellar notes indicate that this was 2nd place finisher from the 2010 Portland Indie Wine Festival. (1st place for that year’s event was the ’07 Le Cadeau, Cote Est; 90 pts) With some time-perspective, this is really just an average+ wine from an average-minus vintage. A little acidic; as are a lot of the ‘07s, but good aromatics. $25 would be a fair price, but I wouldn't pay more than that; drink now.

A year in the cellar has done wonders. Great nose, very floral, bursts out of the glass. Palate is still smooth but has developed more of a wow factor. I wish I had more!

Lovely. Smoky, a bit of dried fruit, and not too much body. My kind of pinot!
