  I am not a sauvignon blanc lover, but this was excellent. Completely in balance, and subtly floral (the excess of which often plagues the varietal, imo). Would definitely buy again. But drink it through: two days later, the rest of it had that cat pee smell and didn't taste a whole lot better.

On first opening, it was all over the place, so I put it away pretty quickly to figure itself out- some petrol, lemon confit, garlic (?). Substantial weight. After 24 hours, a mineral bomb. Lime, chalk, bright, tart red fruits, [now I just start writing all kinds of adjectives because this wine is insane and it so young and full of stuffing that it provokes rambling] clay, sliced almonds, wet stones, wet dog, a grapefruit-ish acidity. The acid is enormous- feels like tannin- a bit rough. This is young, young, young.
