This is always a crowd pleaser, a typical, buttery-oaky chardonnay, yet not over-oaked and like a lot of the chards out there. Pineapple and dried apricot on the nose. A touch sweet on the palette, with some charred oak, and tart grapefruit on the finish. The acid comes through nicely at the end, and I like the balance of this wine, especially at $20. Drinking well right now
