Intense black peppercorn with aromas of violets, blackberries, raspberry jam, and black cherry. This Syrah stands out from the rest. This well balanced Syrah is enjoyable to drink now and will only get better with age. The spicy and toasty notes of chocolate, vanilla, coffee and hazelnut compliment this wine. The soft tannins allow this wine to flow through its lengthy finish.

Dark, rich colour. Beautiful nose with plum, earthiness, a bit of pepper. A big mouthful of wine with a long, pleasant finish. Ready now. Needs decanting.

Very dark colour. Lovely nose, a full mouth, long pleasant finish. Tannins are soft but present. Plum. Dark berries - cassis? Leather. Drinking nicely now but might benefit from another year or two in the cellar.

Deep purple hue. One of the inkiest wines I've seen. Fruity nose with hints of peppercorn. Lots of fruit on the tongue with some hints of cedar and oak. Perhaps a bit too much of a fruit bomb. Lacks balance (too much sugar), acidity, and complexity. Drinkable with some interesting notes but nothing great.
