(Mas de la Dame Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence La Stèle Blanc) Mas de la Dame’s wines are certified organic (agriculture biologique). This blend of 80% Rolle (Vermentino) and 20% Clairette is a bright golden-yellow, with notes of lemon curd, peach nectar, lily, lavender, cinnamon, and almond biscotti (cantucci). Medium-bodied, bold, fresh, and dry, it features banana, starfruit, guava, and lime flavors; prickly acidity; and a long, peach-mineral finish. Provence: Heaven for the Senses
