Like cherry juice: cherry colored with cherries in the nose and mouth. Good texture. Low acidity. Very tasty and gulpable. Not much more than this though. And fairly expensive for what it is. (Didn't like the label at first, but it makes sense now. This would be a good party wine.) 85-87

bright transparent ruby-red, floral on the nose, bright, youthful, lively palate, the body rounds out after an hour, nice balance between bright red fruit and earthy minerality, not a complex wine, but a delicious wine well-suited for a salmon dinner

K&L Pacific Northwest Tasting (K&L Redwood City): Fresh, bright red fruit on the nose with a bit of anise. Grapes and cranberry on the palate, fruit tastes a bit fake. Light tannins provide some structure. Might be better with a slight chill on it.

A fairly simple medium bodied quaff. A bit of pepper, a few interesting dimensions. True to the grape. A good food wine.
