Drank over 3 nights. Young and fruity , relatively closed aromas but on the palate it showed dark fruits, almost jammy, but still very nicely balanced with a good dose of minerals, spice and some meatiness. Good acidity and medium tannins, very drinkable., medium body. Went well with steak and all sorts of other food.

(Domaine d'Aupilhac Languedoc Lou Maset) Medium dark red violet color; tart berry, mineral nose with a touch of brett; tight, tart berry, brett, mineral, charcoal palate with chewy tannins; needs 1-2 years; medium-plus finish (Cinsault and Grenache)
