  Just tasted this. The wine still has lots of life. Solid freshness, acidity, and has evolved into a combination of medicinal and smoky bacon notes reminiscent of Northern Rhône Syrah. On the palate, it becomes clear it’s a CA wine with big dark ripe fruit.
