  Deep golden. Aromas and taste of roasted nuts. Slightly oily. Lovely and lingering finish. Reminiscent of aged Loire Chenin Blanc. Quite versatile with many dishes, but it fought some with lots of citrus acidity. (At Les Morainières.)
