Drinking well right now. A nose of ripe plum, but a bit tight in its aroma. This medium-bodied red has plenty of flavor with a full midpalate of ripe mountain blueberries and cocoa, held together with coffee ground-like tannins and lasting well into the peppery finish. I tasted this same wine last year and the tannins were very chunky and the whole wine seemed rather disjointed and unfriendly, but it has come together nicely. By the looks of it it has another few years before it’s a must drink.

(Brand Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley) Earth, bright cherries, and red vines with oak notes in the background on a wine that introduces itself as having a higher pedigree than its price point would indicate. The palate is round and expansive with a good deal of structure and a slightly sour finish. An impressive bottle that delivers above its price point. 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot.

Sweet red fruit, tobacco, caramel, tannins were a little astringent and chalky but worked well with the wine.

This is a nice, easy drinking cab. No specific notes but I think a good QPR.

Cab/Syrah blend I'm told and I believe. Has the excellent Walla Walla Syrah taste.
