Wow. Nose shows mineral and lime notes, with a mild floral hint and a touch of herb. In the mouth, the acidity kicks in quickly, with lime and tart green apple dominating, framed with some jasmine and fennel. Mouthwatering acidity makes the wine a little zippy to really be called "well-balanced," but the backbone is refreshing and makes this a serious food wine. Finish? I can still taste it, minutes after the last sip.
This is proof that the Finger Lakes make serious wine; it's a riesling that's as good as any made anywhere else in the world. Serious wow.

Not great. Too sour for my taste. Gone bad?

Citrusy and crisp. Very crisp - albeit also some fat. Delicious.

Lovely. Fresh and acidic. Wellbalanced. Worth drinking when warm.
