Deep golden color belying the wine's age. Nose of slight citrus mixed with marzipan. This wine is definitely showing its maturity in its color and interesting aromas. Medium bodied, fruit still very evident though not quite as sweet or ripe as I recall from my previous tasting. Good minerality, some steeliness, and good, long slate-like finish. This wine's likely begun its descent but still a very pleasant mature pour.

Nice bottle of chablis, good ripe fruit with some minerality in evidence. Definitely drinking very well right now. A bit too fleshy and full bodied for my taste as a chablis but overall a solid bottle of burg. I think this wine is at a good place right now and not likely to begin its decline any time soon. However, I see no reason to hold this wine any longer than the next 1-2 years, if that. It's as good as it's going to get right now.

Rich core, but better delineation than I expected. Very fresh, expansive tropical and citrus flavors, with enough zest and minerality for a very clean finish. Paired perfectly with broiled escargots.

Wonderful bottle--fully ready to drink. Full and rich chardonnay flavor with lots of well-integrated oak. Good balance and finish. More like a standard Burgundy than a typical Chablis, but an outstanding wine. A-
