  Lemon, paraffin, wet slate, gooseberries and dry hay on the nose.
  Rich mouth feel, intense lime and lime zest mixed with citrus on the initial taste.
  Then, more minerality takes over before it all ends with lots of aromas of pear.
  Great Riesling with good aging potential.
