  The nose here was a combination of rotting grape bunches, black cherries, tobacco and black pepper, and I liked it. The palate shows those black cherries, top soil and ash. Balanced, somewhat gentle tannins with high-strength acidity. The flavors stick to the palate in the finish for a good 10-20 seconds. Pretty straight-forward on the palate, but very nice stuff overall.
