  Massive nose of barnyard and bacon with mushrooms and smoke. Full bodied with a long finish. Like a Gevrey Chambertin on steroids.

  Textbook RRV Pinot. Great nose. Unabashedly new world. Beautiful fruit, but a tad short of acidity. Some enjoyable spiciness - from stems, I presume. Less evolved than I anticipated, esp. visually and on the nose.

  Textbook RRV Pinot. Great nose. Unabashedly new world, but balanced nonetheless. Beautiful fruit, good acidity. Some enjoyable spiciness - from stems, I presume. Really well made. Younger than anticipated - will revisit the rest of my 3 bottles every 6-12 months.
