This is made of 100% Bombino Bianco that is an autochthonous variety from Castel del Monte region. Very unique and nice on the nose...I've got bread, sweet apricots, orange, lime pie...really difficult to describe what it smells like. It has excellent acidity and only 12% alc. Very good with food and I'm sure it would pair with all types of fish. It's not among the best whites I've had, but it's worthy to try.
