  • Past its prime.... Still drinkable and interesting, though.
Ash, campfire, wet earth, rainwater tank, lemony bitterness and aging metaalic acidity...
Lovely educational matter, but not as memorable as my previous bottle.

  • Bright, light golden colour. Smoky mineralty creeps out of the glass, seaweed, shrimps, deep fruit like grilled lemons, touches of banana and juicy fresh pineapple, too. Very floral, only a hint of metallic rusticity in the back. Also a faint sweetish impression of sauteed carrot or parsnip. Oily mouthfeel, legally Trocken. Refreshing, yet deep and complex. I suppose this is going downhill very slowly now, but what a surprise!
