Medium-dark gold. Nose is spice, mild lime. Good mouthfeel and strong bitter lemon mid-palate, overlaid with a nice sweetness. Lacks a little integration, but overall a very nice wine. Ei liked a lot. Medium finish.

A calming glass of GB in a maelstrom of a week. Darker Yellow Straw; Nose of lime, hint of stone fruit & honeysuckle. Lush in mouth (more than I recall last time) with excellent mouth watery acidity, but good viscosity, weight, presence, mid palate, and finish. This should get interesting with some time too perhaps. At $15 for Wine Club, a steal.

Flowery, off-dry and a little mineral-ly. Pretty characteristic of a Rhone white. Drank it with a fairly spicy andouille and seafood gumbo, and it worked well.

Boony Doon Cellar Door - Lunch & Tasting (Santa Cruz, CA): Very little on the nose. Candied lemon peel and golden raisin. Heat and residual sugar. Not my style.
