  Red Mountain Tour (Red Mountain, Washington): Deep, rich honey scents show on the nose along with enjoyable baked pretzel scents. This is rich and clean on the palate with juicy white grape flavors hinting at potential for dessert wine. Tart apricots show, and the fruit flavors build along with the acidity on the finish. The light touch of oak works very well, and it provides a touch of butterscotch on the finish. The flavors are all rich, but the texture balances it wonderfully. This is very well made, and the fruit and structural elements suggest that many different styles would work well with this fruit. Yum!
