Garnet to deep plum in color, this blend is surprisingly smooth compared to initial thoughts about it when I looked at the varietal makeup. Black fruit starts the palate, while licorice and cocoa come through towards the finish. Dry with moderate tannin, but doesn't suck your mouth dry like other petit Verdot dominant blends I've tried. Deep, jammy, and enjoyable - nothing super special, but drinks well for the price paid.

Still in fine form. Intensely dark and cool, with pronounced layers of earth and leather against a backdrop of stone fruit jam. Love this stuff, the Petit Verdot majority shines through.

It poured dark red with a blend of earth and fruit much like overturned soil. It had a tight entry which food enhanced and opened up. Each sip offered a new perspective and balance with a lingering finish. Excellent value.

Wife said nice berries on this one and liked the hidden Cabernet on the tail end. Fit perfectly well with a spring evening.
