The release of "The Museum Vault" list of ready to drink aged wines by Keith Tulloch prompted me to start tasting those in my cellar (what an excuse)! Bright light gold hinting at a semillon with some age. How do you describe a classic Hunter semillon perfume? It has it in spades. Passed the leather paunch of middle age. Citrus and butter. Zestful fore palate. Clean finish with honey/cinnamon/nutmeg sweetness. Refined. Will it get better? Maybe over the next couple of years but no longer.
