Nose of tree buds and grapefruit. The fruit does not snap, however, like I would like. I think the acid is a little low and there is a fair amount of minerally notes on the finish. Not a citrus based sauvignon but not grassy or herbal either. I would characterize it more as floral on the tongue with a minerally finish.

A snappy wine with enough acid to create a grapefruit sensation.

Good value wine. Refreshingly non-NZ style.
