Introduction
First time at the restaurant and they have a very big wine program and they put on a show for Phil Ross and his wife Sue who were in attendance and talked about the history of the winery. Fascinating and the wines are the classic Cali Cab that I enjoy. All 4 vineyards were presented and the age of the wines spaned 31 years. Hard press to duplicate as the wines are in very short supply.

The restaurant did an awesome job with service as we had 14 vintages and 30 people so that is a lot of glassware. Food was good as the food highlighted the wines. Lacked a steak but overall a great experience.
