Bistro Moncur, Sydney
Tasted Monday, May 15, 2023 by chatters with 126 views
After last year I was very happy to re-attend this rather splendid event. As I was also squeezing in the Gambero Rosso tasting I couldn't spend as much time here as I would have liked.
After last year it was very interesting to see winemakers get on top of wild ferment far better. Whole bunch was, for the most part, well controlled and the fruit was allowed to shine a little more. Interesting and rather whet's my appetite for Pinot Palooza later this year.
