How did you get photobucket to display? They won't do it for me any longer.

I adjusted size using IrfanView - a free (at least it used to be) photo program. Then uploaded to photobucket.

A few of the 100% Wagyu (no cross breeding!) steaks for our wine dinner tomorrow night.
Organic, grass-fed (finished on corn).
The wine lineup will be appropriate.

Status: offline 		Nice! I was fortunate enough to have some A5 grade 10 Japanese Wagyu Filets on the 4th. A quick cast iron pan sear in rendered wagyu fat. Most incredible texture/flavor I have ever experienced in meat. Dripping with flavor. Enjoy!
