Strawberries and cream, Asian spices, very seductive, feminine but structured, creamy but elegant and fresh, delightfully grippy finish. Top notch. |

5/15/2024 - nobluda Likes this wine: 91 pointsStill a bit closed but had no problem enjoying it. I believe it beautifully expresses the terror of Fixin in an elegant way, a bit of untamed rustic charm with well-judged balance. Instead of being an insignificant cousin to its neighbor GC, it shows the character that could be welcomed by Burgundy followers. Deep purple color, and a bit heavier fruit profile but balanced with subtle tannins and fresh acidity. |

4/28/2024 - wineton.mee wrote: 94 pointsOne of the best young Vosnes I’ve tasted in recent memories. Supremely heady perfumed nose of fresh cut roses and wild strawberries, and I’m all about that nose. The palate is densely packed with velvety red to purple fruits, oak is there but not distracting and plenty of Vosne spices to cheer about. This is further uplifted by 40% whole cluster usage. I heart this deeply. |

4/16/2024 - sid_loves_wine Likes this wine: 94 pointsWoah, talk about a rich, voluptuous pinot noir. Extremely dense and unapologetic, but thanks to the amazing winemaking, it (almost) never feels excessive, and wears the 14.5% ABV very well- and it still truly feels "Burgundian" with that inimitable savory complexity. Gobs of perfumed blackberries and blueberries, fresh but very fat and ripe, billowing into the nostrils alongside a subtle sense of saltiness- sort of like glazed meat, not "funky" but mixing sweet and savory in a delicious way. All of this translates to the palate as well, with a long finish, gentle sappy tannins, and beautifully balanced acidity. I've gotten that mix of darker pinot fruit and charcuterie tones in all her wines I've tried, but they get more and more saturated and dark as they increase in level. Highest I've tried is the Vosne village (my fave so far, too.) |

4/12/2024 - PJRwine Likes this wine: NRThis wine sums up why Burgundy is so special. Beautiful aromatics which are still youthful and very pretty. Raspberry, cherry on the palate. V good acidity. Good length. Has years to go, because for me this is still very youthful and opened up more on the palate after a decant. Day 2: a bit more relaxed on the palate, but pretty much unchanged from Day 1. |

Would probably benefit with a longer decant, still rather tight tonight and lacks the acidity and freshness. |
