Still young. Heavy but appropriate use of new oak. Typical Michigan elegance, less full bodied than from almost any other Cabernet producing region. Expressive, ever so slightly sweet, blueberry, mulberry and plum. Basically rounded and smooth, but there is some underlying, sneaky power and structure. Quite nice and a little unique. Better than expected. |

The nose is mild and a bit sweet and the flavour is quite sweet. Would make a refreshing summer drink. Bottle cost $13. Good. |
