7/9/2020 - loverboy Likes this wine: 95 pointsGreat bottle of Jayer. To me, I think Jayer's wine is super special in mouth not the nose. Stunning intense mouth full with hints of black fruits. Very long finish. Need some air to show up as the 2nd glass was much better than the first one. |

9/17/2019 - loverboy Does not like this wine: 76 pointsOpened easily considering the age of the bottle. The wine is very old and very very little life in it. Some said the wine was gone, some said not flawed but has nothing left. Personally thinking...... way passed everything the wine could offer. |

Light golden color and mouth-full of a very balanced full bodied champagne. Fun and pretty early approachable top tier champagne. |

1/3/2010 - loverboy wrote: 92 pointsHarlan Estate wine dinner (Harvey , Bangkok, Thailand): My 2nd bottle of this wine. Big and lust, with the most CA cab of the night. Very young with dark purple color. Nose blackberry, cedar, creamy caramel. Big in mouth with big tannins but sweet. Rugged and should be laid down for a long long time. The wine fade pretty fast both in terms of the nose and in mouth. |

1/3/2010 - loverboy wrote: 94 pointsHarlan Estate wine dinner (Harvey , Bangkok, Thailand): The least favorite of the group, but not to me. I felt that this bottle's performed much better than my the last bottle I've had. The most ready of the night, medium-full bodied with explosive nose. May not be as complex as the 04 and 91, but very very good |

1/3/2010 - loverboy wrote: 94 pointsHarlan Estate wine dinner (Harvey , Bangkok, Thailand): Better than my last 03 a year ago. Little alcohol came with the nose of black fruits, chocolate, and some sweet caramelized herbs ( in a good way ) with a little resolved tannin and a lot more accessible than the 04. very consistant and very Californian. |
