Beautiful wine,paired with a filet rossini.It's really impressive when you drink a good bottle of wine,it shows you how amazing wine can be....the only downside is that it's pretty hard to get back to the average stuff!

Opened and decanted ,first sips after one hour ,tottaly oxidised with a tiny amount of fruits ,almonds in the end(86).Decided to leave it to next day and it was a good call,as the wine improved nicely oranges,coconut came through,one can sit and smell and taste this for hours as it is so complex and intriguing.It still had a lot of oxidised notes (90),so I let it sit for another day and a half.WOW!What a beautiful glass of wine!Full bodied,it seemed like a dry sauternes,extraordinary stuff,complexity at maximum level, loads os orange peels,unforgettable!(96)
Final rating:(86+90+96)/3=89,67

This was a great...a landmark for me,after a treatment that could impair my palate for a while,I tried this baby and it was marvelous and so was my palate!
This also made me realize that I do love wine,all its nuances ,the culture it brings along,travelling to that very spot where your favorite wine is made,getting to knpw that particular region that you knew nothing about but got to know better because there's great wine being made there.I stopped drinking for a while ,but kept reading about wines,producers,vintages,it's more than a pastime,it's a way of life!

Very good wine,balanced and smooth ,no sharp edges,really pleasant.Still tastes pretty young,could certainly last another 10 years very complex in primary notes,it lost some of the complexity towards the end of the bottle.Opened one hour and a half prior to drinking,finished it two hours later.

First time I had this,decanted at the restaurant ant let breathe for one hour.Amazing nose of beautiful fruit,complex but still a lot of primary notes,some oak but well integrated.
At the right temperature this was singing,could very well give it a 95,but as it warmed up a bit ,it showed the vintage and became ,for lack of a better word,watered down.Still an amazing bottle of wine,in a very special moment for me,I certainly want to have more of these,specially on better vintages.

Had to have this 'cause my last bottle was off.Bottle variation for sure,as this one was pretty good.Could score a little higher ,after three hours of opening it was really singing,but it seemed very uneven,round and silky sometimes,a little harsh and some heat at others.
