Clear, dark red colour. Nose of white pepper, black cherry and tar. Dark fruits on the palette along with black olives and asphalt. Still fresh and balanced with a long finish. Drinking very nicely.

Started drinking after 90 mins in the decanter. Ruby red, light bricking at the hue. Not overly fragrant for me, bramble and secondary mineral notes. This is starting to integrate, tannins still a little drying but this is a good 9 year shiraz with a solid medium finish. Needs longer in the decanter, feel I didn't do the wine the justice it deserves but a re-check on the final glass left in the decanter after 9 hours suggests slightly oxidised. Drink over the next 3 years

Bright red colour. A touch of toast on the nose along with dark fruit. Rounded mouthfeel - a touch of menthol. Dark fruit flavours with a long finish. Drinking very well but with a lot of life left.
