May 24, 2023 - Ian's Piemonte Celebration Dinner: Really enticing nose showing rose petals and red fruits. Medium to full bodied with graceful silky tannins that disguise the considerable inner core of power. A really complete and well balanced wine with an endless (still fruit driven) finish. Outstanding. A faultless bottle.

5/25/23, 4:54 AM - Thanks for the notes on this. There are not too many of these around. By the sound of your notes, it sounds that this is still quite young / can age for longer easily.
Was it beginning to show lots of secondary notes ?
    thanks for any input

5/26/23, 2:54 AM - Yes I think the bottle I had was beginning to transition to tertiary but not very far over the rainbow. It's in a very nice spot so if you have a bottle, it wouldn't be a mistake to open it, but likely it will still be great in 10 or 20 years (but just at different stages in its evolution). Please note that there will likely be other CT notes on this bottle from others present at the same dinner, so will be interested to see what they say.
