  May 24, 2023 - Ian's Piemonte Celebration Dinner: Looks fresh as a daisy. Nose shows great purity showing dried flowers and red fruits. Medium bodied showcasing sublime fruit with amazing purity and freshness but not lacking in power. Exquisitely balanced with sappy acids. Really complete wine.

  5/26/23, 7:54 AM - According to the generous host, he passed the wines to the very capable Somm, and it is believed that they were decanted during the afternoon (we dined at 7pm). Nobody enquired as to the finer details of how things were done I am afraid.
