  July 21, 2023 - Friday Group Brown Bag Tasting (EBCC): Double blind. Lighter color. Aromas of prune, black fruit, raisin and plum. Flavors of pruney dark fruit, plum, pepper and spice. Not my style of wine. Guessed 2010 CndP.
  
  This was a surprise, firstly because I have liked this cuvée on two prior occasions, secondly because I have very much enjoyed the 2016 vintage of CndP overall. I'll have to check in on some 2016s to see if this was perhaps a one off or if there might be something more going on as these age. (R&D)
