  November 25, 2011 - Quilceda Creek Comparison - '03-'08; 11/19/2011-11/25/2011 (At the Homestead....): See previous notes. My favorite Quilceda yet. A little tighter than last time - which was over a year ago - and still exalting. Even though she is not giving too much at all, there is the utmost enjoyment in the drinking of such an elegant, illustrious wine. So long, refined, intellectual and for a long-running study. I can't imagine a better Cabernet from Washington. A little less open than last time, however, this is truly an onion wine. I love a paradox and this is extremities in balance.... So much so, that the finish truly sails into the sunset. As Lennon said: "I'm crying..." Drink 2016 -.
