  May 24, 2014 - When I was a child, I used to love Dannon black cherry yogurt with the fruit on the bottom. Those black cherries were sweet and delicious. But I grew up. A wine that tastes like sweet ripe cherries isn't appealing. Sweet ripe cherries with heavy new-oak mocha and vanilla flavors, high alcohol, and low acidity is particularly hard to swallow.
