  February 4, 2015 - Reunion Dinner in DC (Red Hen - Washington, DC): A powerful wine that had a lot of the 1998 fruit-forward character to it. More of a dark-fruited profile, nice spice, and touches of leaves, and earth. There was some really nice depth to the floral notes, so it still had some wispy, floral elegance to it.

  2/10/15, 11:55 AM - When you say 90pts here are you saying 90 pts for a Burgundy or 90 points for a Pinot or just 90 overall, like you'd rather have had a 92 point Riesling. Regardless, cheers to you for giving an expensive wine a believable score.
