  June 6, 2017 - Tuesday is Monday's ugly sister (Restaurant La Piperna - Madrid): Second bottle in a short period of time. Seated, saline but not strident. Smooth and easy on the mouth with good length and an abundant aftertaste. Alcohol was totally integrated.
  Joselito ham recently cut as a perfect match .
  
  Segunda botella en un corto periodo de tiempo.as asentada, salina pero sin estridencias. Suave y facilona en boca con suficiente longitud y un abundante postgusto. Alcohol perfectamente integrado.
