  February 2, 2019 - Another Saturday at Chevalier...Mostly Blind Northern Italian Wine (Chevalier Fine Wines - Chicago IL): Served blind to today's tasting group. Open 4 hours before serving. Very faded color. Great nose of dried rose petals, earth and memories of red cherry. Similar flavors, just much less exciting.
