2002 Salon Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut
95 points
From magnum. Fresh nose, citric, almond, anise. Taste intense, elegant, citrus, grapefruit. After opening still young and primary, appears much younger. Drinks extremely well, I keep returning to the glass and refilling it. Develops during the evening, improving further and showing more secondary tones.

White
2012 Weingut Keller Pettenthal Riesling Großes Gewächs
Nose with orange, grapefruit and petrol. Taste very pure and balanced, again grapefruit, orange zest, citrus, some bitterness, long finish. Lovely backbone with minerals. Because of my limited Riesling experience this wine is hard to rate, but I really enjoyed it.
White
2004 Domaine des Comtes Lafon Meursault 1er Cru Les Genevrières
93 points
Typical Meursault, showing secondary tones. Butter, hazelnut, nice acidity and tension, good finish.
Red
2011 Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Aux Reignots
96 points
An utterly delicious wine. Fruit and Vosne spice soaring from the glass, a nose to fall in love with. Velvety taste, fruit and balance, lovely finish. Impressive wine, grand cru level.

2009 Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Amoureuses
94 points
Lovely Amoureuses from Mugnier. Already open for drinking, inviting red fruit nose, full bodied taste, round tannins, limited acidity.
Red
2001 Domaine Comte Georges de Vogüé Bonnes Mares

Wine is still a bit tight, needs more years in bottle. Nose black fruit and spice, taste also black fruit, very clean, mineral, huge concentration and density, but very balanced with great backbone. Will drink next bottle in 5 years.
White - Off-dry
2007 Fritz Haag Brauneberger Juffer-Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese
Only 7.5% alcohol but serious concentrated wine. Sweetness, orange, apricot, botrytis. Good acidic backbone. I do not rate this due to limited experience with german riesling.
